What is it useful for?
Primal Kyogre is the most powerful Water type raid attacker in the game. It also boosts the candy and XL candy obtained from catching Water, Electric, and Bug type Pokémon.
Regular non-mega Kyogre with Origin Pulse* is the best non-mega/shadow Water type raid attacker in the game. And even without that move, it’s still a very good raid attacker. Kyogre is also useful in Master League.
